The vacuum drying oven is a box-type drying equipment that dries the dry material under negative pressure conditions. It uses a vacuum pump

to extract air and moisture to form a vacuum state in the working room, reduce the boiling point of water, and speed up the drying speed. It is

used for powder drying, material annealing, semiconductor processing, new energy battery testing, aerospace component packaging testing,

degassing, dehydration, hardening and drying in the production process of electronic products, etc. It is widely used in research fields such as

electronic chemistry, agricultural scientific research, and environmental protection.

 

The GZF series vacuum drying oven adds vacuum conditions on the basis of high-temperature drying, greatly reduces the boiling point and

vapor pressure, provides a dust-free, vortex-free drying process and a mild environment for the test and heating process, and makes the

solvent vapor easy to collect, discharge or reuse. In addition, storage, heating, testing and drying are all carried out in an environment

without oxygen or filled with inert gas, so the test samples are not easily oxidized.

Notes

 

1.6020 and 6050 tabletop vacuum ovens are not equipped with vacuum pumps when leaving the factory, and customers can choose to

add them by themselves.

2.6090, 6210, and 6250 vertical vacuum ovens are equipped with lower cabinets as standard, and the vacuum pump is installed in the

lower cabinet.

3. The heating method is external bundled heating of the inner cavity.

4. When the processed materials contain a lot of water, you should inform our factory technicians before purchase to confirm whether to

add a water molecule condensation collector.

5. When the processed materials contain corrosive or volatile substances, you should communicate with our technicians in advance

whether to  use anti-corrosion device materials and collectors.

6. Non-standard vacuum boxes can be customized according to customer requirements, with a delivery cycle of 30 days.
