DZF series digital vacuum oven adds vacuum condition on the basis of high temperature drying, which greatly reduces the boiling point and vapour pressure, and provides an adiabatic, vortex-free drying process and mild environment for the test and heating process, and also makes the solvent vapour easy to be collected, discharged or reused. In addition, storage, heating, testing and drying are all carried out in an oxygen-free or inert gas-filled environment, so that the test samples are less susceptible to oxidation.

1.Bench Top vacuum drying oven is not equipped with vacuum pump, customers can choose their owns.

2.Vertical vacuum oven standard with the lower cabinet, vacuum pump is installed in the lower cabinet.

3.Customer can choose the heating method of the inner heating plate heating or the inner chamber of the external bundled heating.

4.The material to be processed contains more moisture should be notified to the us before purchase. Our engineer need to confirm whether to increase the water molecule condensation collector or not.

5.The material to be processed contains corrosive or volatile substances should be communicated with our technical in advance whether to choose the anti-corrosive device material with the collector or not.

6.Non-standard vacuum oven can be customized according to the requirements of the customer, which will be with a lead time of 20 days.
