Advantage：

The vacuum environment greatly reduces the boiling point of the liquid to be expelled, so vacuum drying can be easily applied to heat-sensitive materials.

For samples that are not easy to dry, such as powder or granular samples, the use of vacuum drying can effectively shorten the drying time.

Mechanical parts with complex structures or other porous samples are cleaned and then vacuum dried, leaving no participating substances after drying.

Compared with ordinary drying that relies on air circulation, powder samples will not be blown or moved by flowing air.

Under vacuum or inert conditions, the possibility of oxides exploding when exposed to heat is completely eliminated, making it safer and more reliable to use.
