Applicable to the stacking process of battery cells, Z-stacking of positive and negative electrode sheets and diaphragm.

3.Using Method

Load the diaphragm, put it on the stacking table through the swing roller, set the number of stacked sheets, take the negative pole sheet and place it on the stacking table for positioning.

Stack the sheets, press the foot valve, the diaphragm swing roller moves to make the diaphragm cover the negative pole sheet, take the positive pole sheet and put it on the stacking table to position the stacked sheets.

Press the foot valve, the diaphragm swing roller moves to make the diaphragm cover the positive electrode sheet, such as these cycles until the set number of stacked sheets is reached, cut the diaphragm, take out the battery cell, and paste it.

Cut off the diaphragm, take out the battery core and paste the termination tape.
