1.Introduction:

It is suitable for placing the lithium battery under vacuum after liquid injection, so that the electrolyte can penetrate into the electric core quickly and evenly.

 

2.Process:

Liquid injection of the battery into the vacuum box part of the start, the cylinder will be the vacuum cavity cavity, automatically connected to the vacuum source vacuum, to reach the set vacuum into the static phase, during which can be filled with nitrogen to accelerate the penetration of the electrolyte speed, the completion of the static procedure, automatic unloading of the pressure, the cylinder action, will be the true empty cavity open.

4.Performance Requirements:

Vacuum delay time and resting time can be preset;

The box body is oxidised aluminium plate except the front organic glass plate;

The front panel is centrally set up and controlled by foot switch with conversion button, manual button, time relay and vacuum pressure gauge; the operation is easy to set up;

Equipment spraying colour: according to the standard colour sample of the supplier (sky blue);
