1.Overview:

This machine is suitable for secondary lithium-ion battery coating after the positive and negative electrode coil material fixed length, tracking (applicable to continuous, gap coating after cutting) accurate cutting, edge neat, no burr, de-powdering, lithium-ion battery industry is an important equipment in the production.

The machine is unwinding by tension controller, stepping motor drives precision feeding rollers to achieve fixed-length feeding, imported high-precision colour-coded sensor tracking control can be achieved by locating the intermittent cutting sheet, cylinder execution cutting.

The machine adopts the industry's original two guide columns and innovative tool design, effectively ensure the cutting accuracy, stability and service life; selected from brand-name components and PLC control, colour touch-screen operation, user-friendly interface, easy to operate, high precision cutting control. It can realise processing batch, quantity setting and automatic stop after processing.
