1.Overview:

2.Working Principle:
This equipment consists of upper mould, lower mould, operating hand lever and other parts. By pulling the hand lever, the upper die is driven to produce downward force, and the electrode placed in the lower die is stamped off.
3.Technical parameters:
1) Applicable battery models: all kinds of AG, CR, LIR button batteries, 2032, 2025, 2016 and other models of pole piece punching;
2) With unloading drawer, the punched pole piece falls into the drawer directly, which is easy to take out at once after completion;
3) Punching accuracy: ±0.015mm; (can be replaced with different types of abrasives)
4) Punching and cutting various battery materials from 0.01 to 0.5mm thick;
