It is ready to pass furnace with an optional 80 mm diameter alumina processing tube. This high-temperature vertical tube furnace is using MoSi2 as heating elements. It is designed for the heat treatment of all types of new materials under vacuum or other gas conditions up to 1600℃. The temperature of the tubing furnace is controlled by a high-precision SCR power controllerwith accuracy +/-1 ℃ and 30 segments programmable up to 1600℃ .
